Romance = Unexpected Connections
An unexpected connection is the best kind of all. Especially when it’s an unexpected connection with someone you’ve wanted to connect with, but wondered if you ever would. Don’t want to get into details ‘cuz like with an audition if you talk too much about it before it’s really a sure thing, it can go… POOF! Read the rest of this entry »

In the last few weeks Ive gone from pre-reads to call-backs with producers to negotiations about quotes, to signing contracts, testing and then not getting the parts. Its like those old-fashioned board games where you almost get to the end and then end up at the beginning… Read the rest of this entry »

A Girl’s Essentials (part 3, professional beauty systems)
Continuing the Evie Stewart Lifelong Quest to look professional (and as good as possible) each and every time I have an audition, a meeting, or just show up for a temp job — here are two beauty must-haves that I can’t seem to live without.
In A Girl’s Essentials (part 2, skincare) I touched on the importance of keeping skin looking as young and fresh and unlined as possible. We can’t all afford to have as many facials as we’d like (at least I can’t) so a great alternative to spending time and money in a spa is the — Read the rest of this entry »
