Josh keeps telling me I’m about to break out.

And… I trust my agent, and I trust my director and I trust my co-stars but…

In just a few hours, a limo is picking me up –

And I’ll find out if it’s true.  If “about to” is now.

The series wasn’t it.
Getting cast in this movie wasn’t it.
Getting dressed for my premiere isn’t it –

My premiere — !  I LOVE saying that!

OMG red carpet, here I come!  Josh said he’ll tell me who to make sure to talk to, to enunciate the Dior glam wear, to smile even in the dark theater because people will be sizing me up instead of watching–  and I was so nervous at the cast & crew screening last month that I can’t remember the movie at all so I’m really looking forward to just –

It feels very out-of-bodyish in an unexplainable way, but I’m also kinda so in the moment it’s feeling over-cranked and slo-mo at the same time. Between the adrenaline and the paralysis –  everything’s going to change.

Might change…

So tonight I go to this cool private party Josh said to go alone to (but a shout-out to JA for getting Will on the list). Thank god because I hate to go to parties alone and this one’s at Katsuya Hollywood, where they have the best crispy rice with spicy tuna ever.

Yum! Now they have Katsuya 2 Go. You order take-out and they have it waiting at the curb. Awesome!

So I’m wearing my new Chanel top that I got with my birthday gift card from the best dad in the world. Of course he knew I dreamed of walking into Chanel and actually buying something…

Besides a lipstick.

So we arrive, we nibble, we drink. I schmooze a little with this producer Josh wants me to say hi to. All pretty organic. Anne Heche asks me about my top, says my Dad is cool. I go crazy over her shoes. We talk about Sunfare. Basically I try to act like I go to these things all the time. Ha!

So it’s a late night (getting the car from valet is where the time goes) but the second we walk in my door, I get  this text from JA: “I see you’re already workin’ it on http://wireimage.com/”  And I have no idea what he’s talking about, so I click on the link and WHOA!

I see ME in my Chanel top.

I’m standing next to Anne.

Ashton and Demi.

I feel so out of body — !

Will pulled it up on his phone and is sending it to all his bandmates like he took the shot, but even his fuss about tipping the bartender or asking the valet if he had anything for sale can’t bring me down –
