		<description>I wouldn&#039;t say that I stress about holiday eats, but I will say that it does make me feel slower.  Not mentally, but literally. It&#039;s hard to move with a full belly.

My personal cure has been to find and attend holiday parties that involve dancing. That&#039;s a form of cardio, right?</description>

That way there&#039;s no need to feel deprived, plus -- I can work out just half the time (which is great, since I have so many holiday gifts I need to make in the next couple of weeks &amp; don&#039;t have a lot of time). Will check out the JW DVD. You always have the best advice!</description>

When the gym is closed I have one name for you: JACKIE WARNER. Her workout dvd is the best. One On One training with Jackie. If you want to cut calories around the holidays, make a conscious effort to do the &quot;half&quot; method. I.E: if you normally eat a sandwich at lunch, eat half instead, etc...etc... DON&#039;T starve!!  You matter too much for that.</description>
